This service includes comprehensive checks and cleaning to various key components of the system so that your unit operates more efficiently. While Chemical cleaning is excluded from the scope of this service, General air-conditioning Servicing offers:
SCOPE
- Checking and cleaning of the units’ filter and cover
- Deodorize filter and checking of bio-pure
- Checking of the Indoor cooling coil and cleaning it
- Flushing of the drainage system
- Checking of the compressor suction and it’s discharge pressure
- Check motor bearing and, if required, lubricate it
- * Chemical cleaning is out of scope for this service

Workmanship on all tasks/services delivered within this scope are covered by a 90 day warranty

This service involves a comprehensive overhaul of your AC unit, and is highly recommended when General air-conditioning Servicing doesn’t improve the functionality or performance of the unit. Aircon Chemical Servicing includes:
SCOPE
- Disassembling the unit’s Fancoil
- Disassembling the drainage and electronic control devices
- Thoroughly wash and clean the Fancoil and other parts with specialty chemicals
- Drainage system vacuuming
- Re-charging of the R-22* Refrigerant if needed (up to 10 Pressure Points per system)
- Checking the Thermostat and Control device
- Fully testing and re-commissioning the unit
- * Not applicable for R-410 based systems

To ensure that your aircon is always running at peak efficiency, and is delivering maximum comfort to your premises, we offer complete aircon maintenance packages in two distinct options – 3 yearly service calls per year (Tri-Yearly Service Contract) or 4 yearly service calls per year (Quarterly Service Contract):
